1 शाखायें कितने प्रकार की होती हैं। इन विभिन्न प्रकार की शाखाओं की लेखा पद्धति में क्या अन्तर है ?
Distinguish between the various kinds of Branches. What is the difference in their Accounting Method ?
- शाखा तथा विभाग में क्या अन्तर है ? एक शाखा से प्राप्त तलपट को प्रधान कार्यालय की पुस्तकों में समामेलित करने के लिए क्या लेखे करने होते हैं ? क्या ये लेखे एक से अधिक विधि से किये जा सकते हैं ? यदि हाँ, तो प्रत्येक को स्पष्ट करो।
Distinguish between Branch and Department. What entries are made in the Books of the Head Office to incorporate the Trial Balance received from a Branch ? Are there more than one ways to make these entries ? If so, explain each of them.

- राम एण्ड कम्पनी की शाखा हापुड़ में है जो केवल नकद विक्रय करती है। 31 दिसम्बर, 2008 को समाप्त होने वाले ।
वर्ष के लिए प्रधान कार्यालय तथा शाखा के मध्य निम्नांकित लेनदेन हुए : Ram & Company has a Branch at Hapur which sells only for Cash. During the year ended on Dec., 31, 2008 following transactions took place between the Head Office and the Branch :
