उदाहरण 11. सपन कं० ने यू० पी० मशीनस लि0 से एक मशीनरी किराया-क्रय पद्धति पर क्रय की। सपन कं0 ने 4.500 म० ठहराव पर हस्ताक्षर करते समय 5,110 रु० प्रथम वर्ष के अन्त में 7,134 रु० द्वितीय वर्ष के अन्त में और 6.600 रु० तीसरे वर्ष के अन्त में भगतान किया। इन किश्तों में 10% प्रतिवर्ष की दर से वार्षिक शेषों पर ब्याज सम्मिलित है। घटते हए शेष पर 10% हास काटा जाता है। सपन कं० की पुस्तकों में मशीनरी खाता बनाइए, यदि :
(1) यह कुल रोकड़ मूल्य से प्रारम्भ में डेबिट किया जाता है, और
(2) यह कुल रोकड़ मूल्य से प्रारम्भ में डेबिट नहीं किया जाता है।
Sapan Co. purchased a Machinery from U.P. Machines Ltd. on Hire-Purchase System. Sapan Co. paid Rs. 4,500 Cash Down on the date of signing the agreement and Rs. 5,110 at the end of the first year, Rs. 7,134 at the end of second year and Rs. 6,600 at the end of the third year. Solution :
Interest is to be calculated at compound interest of 10% : Interest for the first year on Rs. 100 @ 10% = Rs. 10 and for second year on Rs. 110 @ 10% = Rs. 11. Therefore the compound amount at the end of second year will be Rs. 100+10+11=Rs.121 out of which Rs. 21 is the interest. Hence, Interest
Ratio is 21/121 Instalment
